In 2019, WorkConstruction.org partnered with ELECTRI International to develop training videos for electrical project managers. ELECTRI International is the research arm of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Theses videos are short 4-6 minute videos that will be freely available online and provide high level project management videos. The first series of five videos covered change orders.
